July Total Skill Integration

If you only pick one week to train this summer, this is it. The July Total Skill Integration is our flagship 5-day program and the perfect mid-summer mix of high-level skill work, competition, and fun. With five consecutive days on the ice at KC Twin Arenas, we have the time to go beyond the basics. Each day is dedicated specifically to a different pillar of the game: Skating, Puck Handling, Passing, and Shooting. This focused approach allows us to break down the technical details of each skill before layering in the speed and pressure required at the next level. Friday acts as the "glue" for the entire week. We take everything we’ve built and put it into a high-intensity, competitive environment through small-area games and situational drills. It’s about taking those individual skills and learning how to use them to win battles and create plays in a game.

August High-Performance Week

The season is right around the corner. Our August Season Prep camp is the final bridge between summer training and fall evaluations. While we continue to prioritize the high-rep skill work that defines ABG, the focus shifts toward "Game-Speed Execution." We want to ensure your puck handling is sharp, your skating is explosive, and your conditioning is where it needs to be so you are not fighting your lungs during tryouts. We know evaluations can be stressful. This 4-day intensive clinic is designed to get your timing back and build the confidence you need to stand out. By refining your individual skills in a high-tempo environment, we make sure that when you step onto the ice for your first evaluation, you're ready to play your game at its highest level.
